Guitar amplifiers are electronic amplifiers specially designed to be used with electronic musical instruments.

They are mainly made in two major forms. The combination (or combo) amplifier has the amplifier head and guitar speakers in a single unit. The contains the electronic circuitry constituting the preamp, built in effects processing, and power amplifier.

Master The Minor Pentatonic & Blues Scales 100%

The minor pentatonic and blues scales are the most important scales to learn if you want to play rock guitar solos. Many rock songs use one of these two scales for their solos. They are a great place to start and for some guitarists - these two scales are all they'll ever need. Another great thing is that these two scales are so similar that you can really just learn the minor pentatonic and then add the "blues note" to play the blues scale. The pentatonic scale is 5 notes and the blues scale is those 5 notes plus one more.

What Is The Minor Pentatonic Scale?

In the key of E it is E, G, A, B, & D. This scale is very common in rock music but you also hear it in blues, pop, funk, and many other styles. It's the first scale you should master if you want to have great rock guitar soloing skills.
